Return and right of withdrawal

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order. The return must meet the conditions set out below and comply with applicable law.

How to make a return

Contact us at ran@randomaccessnostalgia.com and enter the order number and which items you want to return. We will get back to you with instructions on how to send the return.

The condition of the commodity

The item should be returned in as good a condition as possible and, when relevant, with original packaging and all labels left. If the product is defective or lacks anything, then the product can also be returned.

Return cost

The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. In case of defective goods or faulty product, the seller is responsible for the shipping.

Refund

Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the amount in accordance with the store’s terms and conditions and applicable law. Once the goods have returned, an inspection will take place, and then the money will be refunded with the original method of payment.

Exceptions

Opened or installed products cannot be returned.
